According to the figures we have compiled over the last 12 years, more than 50% of all aid has been captured by 10 production companies. That leaves less than half of all aid for other production companies. It's unfair AND inefficient.

Grant applications must be judged objectively, using factual criteria that exclude any moral or 'script-doctoring' considerations. Only a grid can make these judgements objective.
